Offline Admission Process

Candidates who wish to apply for admission through the offline process must follow the guidelines mentioned below.

Step 1: Collect the Application Form

Candidates can obtain the offline admission form from the college admission office during working hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). The form can also be downloaded from the college website and printed for manual submission.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

Fill in all personal details such as Name, Date of Birth, Address, Contact Information, and Guardian Details.
Provide complete academic information, including marks obtained in previous examinations.
Attach one recent passport-sized color photograph in the designated space on the form.

Step 3: Attach Required Documents

Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheet (for UG Admission)
Graduation Mark Sheet (for PG Admission)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
Migration Certificate (for students from other boards/universities)
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
Any other required document as per eligibility criteria

Step 4: Submission of Form & Fee Payment

Submit the completed application form along with required documents at the college admission office within the given deadline.
Pay the application fee in cash or through Demand Draft (DD) in favor of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi payable at Ranchi.
Obtain a receipt as proof of submission.

Step 5: Admission List & Counseling

The college will publish a merit list of selected candidates on the official website and notice board.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to visit the college for document verification and counseling on the specified date.
Final admission confirmation will be granted after successful verification of documents and payment of the admission fee.

Step 6: Final Admission & ID Card Issuance

After successful verification, students will be issued an admission confirmation slip.
Students must visit the student affairs office to collect their college ID card before the commencement of classes.

Important Notes:

📌 Incomplete forms or applications without required documents will be rejected.
📌 No refund will be provided once the admission fee is paid.
📌 Beware of third-party agents; admission is solely processed by the college administration.
